To say the least these things take quite a beating up on the roof all day drilling out trusses and lagging bolts. I do take the best care of them that i can, and havent needed any maintenance or fixes done on either drill. But this week my driver chuck seized up to where its impossible to tighten fully and doing so takes channel locks, so i will be taking them in for yearly maintenance soon. HOWEVER everything is working perfectly on the drill so its still usable but its a pain. 10 out of 10 would recommend for the everyday on the job use.
