GBH2-26 SDS drill Rating: 5 When my old sds drill gave up the ghost and being well satisfied with other Bosch tools I immediately looked at what Bosch had to offer. I was not disappointed, the drill addressed the reason my old one failed that being if the drill grabes it can twist your rist and it crunched the gear box, one piece of scrap. It performs well when used in chisel mode and as a drill and hopefully give many years of service. by Dave2 on 2017-06-22T17:00:00 Ditto as RG53 Rating: 4 Had borrowed model 12255 VSR from nephew for isolating basement.
Just loved it : job was so eay going through ciment foundation.
Decided to buy item, but picked GBH2-26, thinking it could be newer replacement model for former 12255 VSR. It was not so.
However, still extremely please and impressed with GBH2-26 too. Must isolate underneath garage excavated area and this tool will be but to excellent use. Goes in like butter!!
Numerous descriptions are a bit confusing, though. by Capt432 on 2019-11-28T16:00:00 CONFUSED Rating: 1 I spent some time trawling through websites trying to decide on what replacement drill to buy. The terminology and model descriptions can be vague, and I made the mistake of purchasing this Bosch Model GBH 2-26. I discovered a huge difference between that and the GBH 2-26F which is the quick change chuck, allowing standard drill bits to be used along with SDS. by RG53 on 2019-01-01T16:00:00 | Electricians Savior Rating: 5 As an electrician I am always in need of a box chipped in a block wall or need to chip a corner off the end of a wall to wrap EMT/Romex etc. and this thing does it with ease. Drilling is easy and quick. by Joshua W on 2014-06-09T17:00:00 Make pilot holes for t-posts Rating: 5 With a 15" long 7/8 bit you can drill a pilot hole in Texas Hill Country limestone big enough to then hammer in a t-post. Light enough to carry anywhere you can carry a t-post and driver. Worth its weight in swear words. by Fence Fixer on 2014-02-25T16:00:00 Lightweight but powerful Rating: 4 powerful and lightweight, use it for drilling 1/2 inch holes for anchors, very nice dont have to pull cord out for a couple of holes. Anti vibe is nice by superplumber on 2013-11-08T16:00:00 |
